In this video case study, I talk about a recent Facebook campaign by Capri which is different than placing advertisements. They have actually used the interactive medium to put across a message, reinforce it and get a permission from the user to interact with them again.

    Nice explanation.
    To bad that in Facebook we are given a limitation, like friends (I have reach the limit 5000 while there are more then 3200 pending request).Even they not give a limit with our group member, they limit the message that we send out through the group.Wish if it work like Twitter, how excited.I got it in 1-2 month.
